    Same, they leave vm threatening legal action and state they're from the IRS, investigating a local civil action. If it's the IRS, they'll eventually send a letter

    NOT IRS! It's a company called NRS. Probably another scammer.

    They left a robot call stating legal action would me taken against me.  They stated the company that they were collecting for was U.S. When I spoke with some one they said that they were collecting for a credit card for a bank that absorbed into another Bank.
