844-389-1763 seems to be a
Google Listings SCAM.
I've gotten 7 verified Google listings calls in less than 3 hours.
The 8th call 844-389-1763 I believe is another one but I haven't been able to verify.
This is ridiculous.
Recieving the amount of calls that I get. I'm on the DNC list, (Do Not Call list)

CORRECTION:
844-389-1763  left the following message:

"Our records indicate that no attempt on your part to proceed legally as occurred as of this date. In accordance with the terms Mutual Express. If you intend to keep your legal binding agreement. Contact the office within 24 hours at 1-844-389-1763."

I don't have any idea who they are but their language is close to violating the DNC.

Just received a call from 1-844-389-1763 with the identical pre-recorded message from above.
100% scam.

How exactly is their "language" close to violating the DNC?  As far as I know there is nothing that says anything about what they must say.  That actually sounds like some sort of debt collection call which as you are very well aware would have nothing to do with the registry.

The same call that I got "sounded" like a debt collection call, but I have two debts, a car loan, and a mortgage. It wasn't from either of them!

So, what makes you think that matters to a debt collector?  What makes you think the call is about your debt?

this is a scam.  we have been receiving these calls all summer threatening to take us to court.  never had a card from Citicorp.  So this is actually a violation of DNC, because it is a scam on trying to collect monies not due.  I read on another site that a guy was so afraid of them coming to his work, he paid the debt even though he knew it wasn't his debt.
