If they didn't give you consent to record be careful because they may come after you for non authorized recording

I just recieved a call from this number & i hung up before I heard the whole recording, but they wanted me to hit #1 to talk to an agent. It was for me, I owe nothing & pay my cc off every month, So they're barking up the wrong tree trying to get $ from me.

They left a message to call 844-389-4992 says it's an important message. I've been living at the same address for over 20 years, if someone can't find me then that's their problem. The initial # that called was 989-259-1988 Called ID said from Midland MI.

I had the same people call my daughter phone and then i called them and i ask for proof and havent gotten anything in my email at all from them at all not sure what this is all about

Received a call and pressed one to be connected.  Some woman answered and came on the line and had no clue who was on the line, first clue.  I told her I received a call for my dad and she starts spouting off about how she cannot give info to me as it is against fed law.  No prob. I ask who was calling my number and she says "claims, litigation and civil complaints." Clue #2.  I said okay, but asked who they were.  She stated they were a law firm called TVM and Associates.  I asked what TVM stood for and the response was "Thomas, Victor, and Mary and Associates."  Seriously?  After that ridiculous name, red flags were waving and alarm bells started ringing.   I said to her that if Thomas, Victor, or Mary needed to contact my dad, they could do so by mail, like any other legit law firm and promptly hung up.  I doubt any letters will arrive from this "law firm."

Person called said had a check cashing loan from 2004 for hundred thirty some dollars I have never had check cashing loan asked address lived at that was a lie asked for number ace he said they now have acct not deal with ace ask asked which location he couldn't tell me that he was very argumentative nasty and rude could not get a word in you could not even answer the legit questions I asked him

Got a call today from this alleged company. Used my maiden name and I've been married 18 years. Because I love bs'ing with scammers, I decided to play along! Just when they thought they were about to get my debit card number, I said "oh wait! My attorney just walked in the room and confirmed you are a debt scam collector." She immediately hung up! Gotta love it!

They have called myself and my husband. They left a message, it was a computerized voice. Urgent matter immediate attention.  When called back all circuits are busy go figure.
