This number called me and when I called it back they say I owe $900+ to Sprint and will be served court documents via a sheriff today.  I have no recollection of a Sprint bill at all, let alone one where I owe almost $1000.  I think this is a scam.

My brother got a call from and gave me this number to call them back. A lady told me I had a $379 balance on a Capital One Credit Card. I closed that account 2 years ago.

This number just called me saying it was "Julian Parker" and to please call him back at a different number than called on 866-209-8449 said that they need to schedule the delivery of my legal documentation. I don't have any legal issues or have i requested any legal documents. He didn't leave any company names either.

Missed phone call, called back no answer.

A Man called and wanted to come to my house or job for me to sign papers. He even called my Husband and Father In Law and woke him up. NOT nice at all. I am pissed.

Fake process server/debt collection extortion scam.

a man called and said he will be by my job around 12:00 to 5:00 for me to sign some legal papers. 844-389-0982...I am upset.

No caller ID. Spoke with a Dan Larchan; claims he's with the Maui County Currier and asked if I was to be home at 11-1130am to deliver a release order. The filing party should've called me regarding this delivery - asked him to provide me that Filing party name and number - response: no company, just a number # 844-389-0982, he gave me a claim # reference, he said talk to them and either get the delivery re-scheduled or confirm for Dan to deliver the "release order" at my house at 3-5pm; funny though, his original time was from 11-1130am. I told him; I'll call this filing part and get more information then he asked if he can call me back in 30 minutes to confirm I spoke with them.... I am not going to call that number he gave me... If I'm owed to pay a bill, I will get one in the mail....I've lived in my residence and had the same mailing address for the past 21 years - they can send documents via mail.. GUYS! BE AWARE! THESE People are sick and they just want to ruin your day! Take care and I recommend to disregard any communication associated with this number # 844-389-0982

Receiving calls and threatening messages from 844-389-0982 they are harassing me at my place of employment after repeated requests to put their issue in writing to me.

Yes, I'm getting the same call.  They keep telling me I'm being served legal papers.  These type of calls raise my blood pressure and make me anxious.  I don't need this in my life.
