This collection agency told me someone took out a payday loan in my name. It doesn't made the timeframe of when I lived at the address they had nor the bank information. So I guess I have 24 hours til someone comes to supoena me. Wooph.

Well if someone did that, you are certainly not responsible for paying it back.  Further, a subpoena is not the first document issued when suing someone.  That would be the "Complaint" which is filed with the court and then served according to the local Rules of Civil Procedure.  You can easily check the courthouse records to see if your name is listed as Defendant in any civil proceedings.  Subpoenas are issued after the case has started for either person testimony or physical evidence.  Note that I said "after the case has started".

Hey it's a scam.. they just called me too.  I said I was in my lawyers office and hold for a min so I could give him the phone and they hung up.  Then they called back said it was a case filed with St Clair county in IL I have never lived in St Clair county asked them to hold for one min while I stepped outside.  I called St Clair county with them on the phone and the person hung up again.

This numbers keeps calling me saying his name is Rick Vargas, calling in regard to two complaints filed against me, and that they he will verify where I live and where I work. and to call his office for questions or concerns.  at 844-389-4998.  then he ends with you have officially been notified, good luck to you.

This is a Scam just trying to collect money for nothing.

Yeah, the called me and left the same message. I have "Two Complaints" being filed against me... Blah blah blah... I hope "Rick Vargas" finds a lump in his armpit.

I am having the same call as well. This is a scam. I called my county clerk office and no complaint has been filed against me.
