I received a call from a Lisa Arnold who said she worked for private carrier legal courier with my county.  She want on to say that she. had an order to locate me to serve me with legal documents for a civil suit pending against me and would be at my home tomorrow May 17th between noon and 5pm unless a stop order was placed by me calling 944-389-5715.  When I called the number to find out what the heck was going on someone stating her name as Danielle Pierce stated that a civil suit was filed against me in my county for theft of goods and services and a hot check because my account was closed. I advised Danielle that I do not have any loans outstanding.
Danielle stated that the debt was from 7 years ago and I will need to pay over 3k in court cots and late fees if I do not pay $507.00 for a stop order.  Thwn she said I am not supposed to tell you this but do not sign anything this way I can work with you to resolve this matter out of court.  I once again advised that I do not have any outstanding loans.

Just as the person stated before about this Lisa Arnold. She called to a distance family members phone looking for me. Left message. Stating the same. Civil suit against me. Be in area in next 24-48 hours. Left this number to call to stop the "server" 1-844-389-5715. Belongs to Civil Dispute Resolution. Can't find company information online or even the phone number connected to a business. SCAM SCAM SCAM. What's not a scam is the police and registered side arm if she or he or whoever should step foot on my property. Promise! This isn't the first time they tried. And police stopped that one too.  If you should get a call from this person call your local courthouse and they will have information if there should be any papers to be served on you.

Same as everyone else said except the mans name was Mark Costner. Called the number and got the voicemail of James Sullivan who sounds exactly like Mark.

Just received a vm from Mark Costner. Said that someone will be by my house and/or job to serve papers for a Civil Claims, I am to appear in court in 2 days. Wow!!

I received a vm from Mark Costner - same as M. Garrett above.  He also knew the last 4 nos. of my social security no.!  This is definitely a scam.  But I still feel uncomfortable that these people have my information.  I wish there was some way the authorities could take care of people like this!!!

Same as above. Apparently I'm being sued and going to be served on April 6th at my home or place of employment unless I call 844-389-5715 to resolve the matter. The caller used a cell phone that came up all zeros.

Got 2 calls back to back with the same person named Mark letting me know that I will be served between 12 and 5 at my place of home or employment and gave the number 844.389.5715. It came up as a 1 on my phone.

Received a call from Mark Costner saying that he will be serving me with papers on the 13th between 12-5. I don't owe anyone.

Same BS call RE: a "Civil Claim", & yes... the caller was none other than "Mark Costner". All I can say is, "Good luck with that Mark"! LMAO! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING (844) 389- 5715 & PLEASE PEOPLE... DON'T LET THEM TRY TO FRIGHTEN YOU AS IT'S A TOTAL BS SCAM!!!!!!! I honestly DON'T know how these people sleep at night as they TRULY are 😈evil😈 doers but I PROMISE you this, I'll sleep like a baby tonight because 😇God😇has MY back! REMEMBER PEOPLE... SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!!!! 😈

Same as the other people but from different  number I look up the number comes up as airlines complaint hotline
