Call says it's litigation

Scam alert...this is not a real call from a local court

Caller ID said unknown caller.  Person said he was a process server and to call the firm and provide my case #. Says they had attempted to serve me at my place of residence.  He didn't say who he was, what company he was associated with and the number he gave me to call, when Googled does not come up as belonging to any "firm".

That just done the exact same thing to me.  I kept repeating the question to them, " what is the name of your company".  The first guy just states litigations.  Once transferred the second guy still repeats litigation.  They never answer the question of what is your company name and keep saying they have papers to serve me and give me my physical address.  I would not confirm that was my address, i said no I am not in that county and hung up.

Same as above. One guy transfers to another. They gave me some numbers and asked me to "confirm" what they were. Of course it was my social but I told him to tell me what it was. He told me that when I want to be cooperative to call them back. Then he hung up on me.

It is the same scam I received last week from 844-733-5454.   If you google that number you can read all about the different scenarios people have posted. This was same voice mail same ref# just a different phone number

Caller ID was blocked so I didn't answer and the message said it was a law firm with a complaint and case number against me pending litigation. It said they sent papers to my address (which was the wrong address) and that if I did not reply they would move forward with the case without me. After reading all of these comments I concluded it must be a scam.

I got a text from my parents that some guy called them, gave them this # to call and a case number.  Immediately after that text I get a call from a restricted number, which left no voicemail or number to call back.  I did a reverse search on the # provided to my parents and found basically everyone else is getting these calls but no identifying info as to company name or person's name.

Scam alert.  Called my cell & husbands cell & left message saying they were calling for my husband about his case and litigation.  His case number is like 119961.

Same thing. Called my parents house and said it was in regards to a court date.

I just got the same thing. Made the mistake of confirming the last 4 of my SSN which i quickly realised was stupid, asked for address, phone, company name, told him i thought it was BS, he hung up on me. Should i be worried that he has my last four?

same scam, last month asked for my husband, said it was from some New Jersey county office.  Today again left a message saying it was a complaint that needs to be responded immediately.

Same experience as others, but has not called me directly about my supposed debt, but my wife! They identified themselves as 'Trilateral' group, firm or something, but they would not provide anything else. Cannot find trilateral anything linked to credit cards when searched.

Yeap, they are diffently wrong, we don't need this crap , scare..
