I have had 1 charge of $17.98 each month for the past 3 months from this. I didn't just buy a cell phone so this can't be cell phone insurance. I bought my cell phone well over a year ago, so there would have been charges sinse that time. I filed a fraud report with my bank and they are issuing me a new card. I called the 844-400-0452 number my bank gave me. It never rang , just played music for 3 minutes and no one answered. I hung up.
    • Caller: This wasnt a call, my bank gave me the number attached to the charge

I have also had a charge to my credit card of $28.97 from "TechPorotect Prem GA ESH."  This is not something I purchased.  I tried calling trhe 844-400-452 number and also listened to music for 3 minutes and was promptly hung up on.  I will be going to my bank today and filing a fraud charge today.

I noticed a $12 charge from my account for the last 2 months. I called the number listed to even see what company it was. When they said it was for phone insurance, I hung up and looked back through my records and I did not sign up for phone insurance and the charges had just recent,y started coming out of my account even though I have had my phone for almost a year. I immediately called them back and cancelled and they gave me a line about once you cancel this insurance you can never ever get it again. I stated I was aware and I still wanted to cancel. Sounds like fraud to me!

You post highlights one very, very important fact. A person MUST read over their bank statements, phone statements, and credit card statements every month. Line by line. What you have experienced is what's called 'cramming'. Usually it's a phone bill problem. It's amazing when you accidentally click on something what you've been signed on for. The worst one's are the reverse billing. The one's where you are automatically signed up, and must call to cancel.

This company, Esecuritel.com Evo2 Prem Ins Premium, 844-400-0452 made fraudulent charges to my credit card.  They were never authorized to charge my credit card and I never authorized  any kind of insurance with this company,  They said they were a third party with Verizon, I never authorized Verizon to charge my credit card and never took out insurance on any Verizon phone. This is a complete scam!!!

Billing from this number was never authorized by me.  I do not have service with Verizon and have not purchased anything such as a protection plan.  Please refund all  billings from this company

In the past 6 days I've had 5 calls from "Melissa" who called from 5 different phone numbers that of course aren't traceable. But the her number to call her back at is always this same phone number. She claims I requested financial assistance and found a great offer for me... Obviously I never did that. I've googled all the numbers she called from and interestingly enough the first website that shows up is something called fashion-isha.com. I just block all the numbers
    • Caller: She never states a company
    • Call type: Scam suspicion
