Got call today saying papers need to be served from mediation services and same number previously posted. Caller was Ron. Funny thing is the person he supposedly looking for is a relative, not looking for me. Thank you for the previous posts. Be careful out there.

I got a call from an Angela Price who also claimed to be a process server. She said I need 2 forms of ID and a witness present when she serves me the papers. Gave me a number to call the company who she was working for called "Mediation Services". I've had these calls before from many different numbers and people. The last one called the head of my Human Resources Dept. for the company I work for. The thing is, though, she gave me a different number to call than the rest of you all. It was 844-239-0265. She said if she didn't receive a stop order I'd be seeing her soon.

It is for real. I got many calls from the same number. I finally decided to talk to them they gave me the info and i called the company National Credit Alliance and i owed some money. I sent them a copy of my Bankruptcy papers and it took care of it>

You need to Call National Credit Alliance and talk to them u owe someone money and they are not gonna stop until they are paid. It is legit. Somewhere down the road u owed money to someone and they bought your account and are trying to collect on a debit

Unless of course it's foreign 3rd world criminal scammers trying to extort money from Americans on fake debt. People do not 'forget' they owe money. Ask anyone calling you to send you proof of debt by US Mail. Not fax, text, or email. US Mail. By law they must send you proof of debt if you ask. DO NOT give them your name, address, phone number, or SSN. Believe me, a real debt collector has this information. We pay our debts, but not fake one's to criminals in Asia.

My mother in law got a call for me from angela price today. This is a scam. My ex mother in law was notified for me 2 years ago from a different # saying the same thing. I called the # back & they couldn't tell me what it was for. Just that I needed to send them money. Told them to come on. I would wait for them tomget here.
