received a call from this company saying I owe $834 in a settlement for an online payday loan. I asked what company was this claim from they OPD solutions.  She said that I would be served with a subpoena to appear in court to dispute this information and then she would not stop talking and let me ask questions, She ended up hanging up on me because I kept asking her who was the creditor and that I didn't recognize this company, I called back asked why she hung up me and then I asked her to speak to her supervisor, kept me on hold never returned. These people keep calling my family members harassing them. Maria Sanchez says she is calling with "Pretrial Intervention" I called them back and i was told to pay 478.00 dollars or i would be process. When i asked for verification of the debt they refused to send me any. They are speaking about a debt that is 10 years old. But what really made me upset is the THREAD. To keep calling my family and friends until i pay. That i will be served at my job. Get a life people!!! My mother dying with pancreatic cancer i just can not believe they will keep calling!!!!

I received a call from stateside billing demanding to pay $1500. I called better business Bureau they said the number and the company do not exist. It was 678 Georgia number. They wanted to take me court if i didn't pay. I asked if they can send something written for the amount i owe they said they couldn't do that and i would get invoice after i paid. The company is a scam they won't leave me or my family alone. After some time called them again the number the number was disconnected. How do i get rid of them can anyone help?
