Has called several times, now blocked. ID is blocked so have no idea where they are from

Mountain States Health Alliance. could also be Norton Community Hospital, or any number of other numerous hospitals.  Rude collections agent asking for person that was not at number and would not believe that they had wrong number.

Robocalls asking me to call them. What sense is that?  In every case, they call when I'm asleep.  There  is no chance to write down the number they want me to call. I'm 70+ years old. I cannot remember a 10 digit number when I'm awake, no less when I'm sleeping.
