Don't fall for this scam. They call DAILY with the following voice message:   "This message is from the IRS Relief Dept. You've been flagged for IRS negotiation. You may qualify for reduced or pause collections through the penalty abatement program. To talk to a resolution specialist, please choose option  2. If you wish not to be contacted again, please select 9. Repeating that: press 2 to speak with a resolution team member, and press 9 to be removed from our list."
The PROBLEM IS that they call every single day, and they use a different (spoofed) number each time. So blocking the number doesn't work since they're going to use a different number anyway. The PREFIX is always the same: 833 or 844. If you have the ability to block just a PREFIX, then you can get rid of these scammers.
