Moni Security, forgot to pay the bill

Moni Alarm Company - called for payment due

Unsolicited call, has called home phone and cell phone. Does not leave a message. Looks like former security company. Monitronics.

Me too. They sure are persistent, 8 voicemail hangups in the past 3 days, no actual voicemails left.

name Trio went to the  attorney General Nov 23 to Patrick Morrisey   Then they went to the names Moni now they call  Brinks      Will have to call the Attorney General

They leave a message saying they are from Brinks. They claim I owe them money for my delinquent account. I never had an account with them.

These people call all times of the day and night, they refuse to put number on the no call list.

They call two or three times a day.  Since it comes up as an 800 number, I won't answer.  They never leave a message.  They are relentless and I have no idea who they are or what they want.  Based on the other comments here, I'd say they're trying to scam me.

This number belonged to Monotronics, a home security company. They apparently went bankrupt & it was bought out by Brinks. Have gotten calls from both companies. As above, they call 2 or 3 times a day, leave no message. I do not have an account with them - I have NO security system & do not want one. Have called them twice to stop their calls. They say they will remove my number(s) from their list. HA! - iafter 1st request on 12/27/2018  to stop calling me they called 4 hrs. later, then 4 more times. I called again on 1/2/2019 - same: 5 hrs later came their 1st call, 3 more since. These people need to be stopped. They are annoying and take up precious time - MY precious time.

So save your precious time and block the number.

See the whole problem is that everyone thinks they can solve all their problems with a phone call.  In this case a certified, return receipt letter would have been much more effective.

They call 5 or 6 times a day everyday. And just usually hang up.

Similar issue as those reported above. I got a call from this number multiple times per day and over the course of a few weeks. I finally picked up today. She asked for me by name but I didn't confirm and asked first who she was and why she was calling. She replied that she was calling from Brinks Home Security about "an issue" with my account. I told them I don't have an account with Brinks, never had. She asked about another company, which I also said no to. I asked her to put me on their do not call list and not to call again. She said she was going to check with her supervisor because she showed we had an account and was confused. Yeah. She should be confused because she's working for a scam company.  If they call again, I'm reporting. This is nothing short of harassment.

Call four or five a day!

Multiple calls every day. No voicemail. Never had an account with either firm mentioned.

This is internal collections for brinks or monotronics. these jerks keep calling asking for someone I never heard of. They refuse to give me their mailing address so that I can have my attorney send a letter telling them to stop harassing us.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if there was some  easy way for companies to put their information out there? You know, something like a website? You could search the name Brinks, it would bring up their website, and you would be able to find their address that way. Well maybe someday that will happen. Also, why would you need to pay an attorney to send a letter you could send yourself for less then $10?
