Left a partial message saying " you just have to turn on your computer and follow the instructions of our representative to get your refund thank you"

recieved call from this number stating i owed them $499 for their anti virus service.  i never used this service.  i use best buy geek squad locally for any service for my computer.

The scam continues: a robocall stating, like those above, that my credit card is being charged $499 for anti-virus service.  And, of course, if I want to cancel and get a refund to call the number and then follow instructions on my computer screen. Well, in order to get a refund, I must give them a credit card so that they can refund my money.  Hmmm!  How generous of this scammer to offer me a refund for a product that is unknown.  Reported to FTC.

They called me twice again today.

Received 2 calls from this ph number. I never answered and no msgs were left on my vm.

Received voice mail twice this afternoon to turn on my computer to receive my refund. Did not answer either call. I do not recall needing a refund on anything.  Think they want to get my credit card # in yet another scam.

Left the robo message as described.

Did not answer, but the robocall voice recording left a voice mail message regarding a refund. I’ve received this 4x in the last 3 days. What is it going to take to stop these calls?!?!

Thank you for posting this comment. The same thing happened to me four times yesterday. I was worried today and tried calling them back & it hung up on me. Thankfully, I found all these messages.
