This is a variation on the IRS is suing you scam. "Kevin Mason", who could barely speak English, says that you have to return his call as you are being summoned to go before a magistrate. As everyone should know, it doesn't work that way here. They don't just call you and tell you to come down to the court house...

So, he did leave a contact number: 844-432-5961 (Toll Free) Maybe everyone here should call his phone until he disconnects it... See how he likes getting constant calls...

Got a call from these sleaze bags he said his name Kevin Mason. I called the number back and I get some lady with an Indian accent asking me to identify myself and trying to get information I said no you called me why are you calling me what are you people doing what is the call in regards 2 she just kept asking me to verify myself so I hung up.

called left a message told me I was a tax evader, Laughed so hard, told him that the U.S Treasury does not operate like that, When the IRS/US Treasury calls you they give an employee ID number, and the IRS and US Treasury always have automated systems when you call, one person doesn't answer.  I told him he was crazy.

Same as what Rick said above.  He called my cell about 2 hrs ago and mu land line 5 mins ago.  Same person, same difficulty with English and same line of BS.   Think I'll run away for home before the magistrate.comes for.  Actually at 80+, it would be more of a walk!

All these dorks from Mubai kept calling us today. Guess he figured we are really stupid.

Just got a call from a John Smith calling for a Kevin Macon saying he was calling  from the Treasury Dept in DC and that I am a criminal and I should come to his office in DC. I called the non emergency police number to trace this call.

He called me too.  Similar to the above.  He says to call back 844-432-5961.  We all had a good laugh here at the office!  Woo!
