Same Kate Wilson voicemail that others describe.

OMG, They said I have civil law suit pending again me. If I don't pay up I might end up in jail or they will garnish my paycheck. I wonder how much they want, I hangup quick before they even get a chance to ask. LOL

My daughter just did.  She tried to get the name of their company but they wouldn't tell her so she hung up.  Any idea who they are?

This company will actually not release the name of their company and claim they are contacting my HR department for a past due debts.  I have no past due debts.  This seems to be a scam

I also received a call from Kate Wilson. I called the number she gave - 844-438-3980 - three times and it was answered by 3 different people in three different ways. Each of them used the word litigation. When I asked the third woman the name of the company she works for, she kept avoiding the question. She finally hung up on me. This is not legit. Total 'Boiler Room' scammers. This is their second call to my phone.

I received a voice mail fro the same lady, kate wilson  about a complaint to update my address and a threat to call hr, The 844 number was included to call back

I got the exact same call from a local phone number leaving a message from Kate Wilson stating that it was in regards to a complaint notice and to call (844) 438-3980 to update you address or contact info after a Third attempt they will contact my HR or Payroll department on file...
I researched the numbers and then just decided to file a complaint again the numbers as fraud. They won't give me any information unless I give them my S.S. number, which is ridiculous and not happening.

I've received this call just a few minutes ago.  Kate Wilson, 833 348 3980, after a 3rd failed attempt, will direct to your HR or payroll dept on file, etc.  I just put a block to this number.  Although it is annoying, at least I know that I'm not the only one receiving calls like this.  Thanks all.

I got the same call July 7th

The following numbers have called me and they all state to call back to 844-438-3980.  It is all a scam.  I keep blocking them but then they call from another number.

I received the exact same voicemail a few moments ago.  I did not call them back.  Thanks for posting this Sarah.

That was word-for-word the message I received. It is very reminiscent of an IRS scam I received about 6 months ago. Both calls threatened dire consequences for failure to respond. Always remember that true bill collection has stringent rules that can cause a valid claim to be denied if they are not followed to the letter.

Interesting thing is my phone never rang from that obviously spoofed local call - it went directly to voicemail. AT&T swears that can't happen. In fact, they have sworn that to me after more than a dozen such calls. Hmmmmm.
