    Definitely a credit card Scam call.  Recording advised of 2 fraud charges to a Visa card... $400.00 for eBay and $1,300.00 for Amazon....  give the option to press 0 to hear the charges again, but you will be transferred to a real life SCAMMER. If you press any number, you will be transferred to a SCAMMER...  DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION OF ANY SORT...  This means clarifying email addresses,  banking info, Credit card info... etc.  Best way to get back with them, is to play games with them.
