    CID showed toll free call - Obviously a call center but nobody said anything that I could hear above the background noise.  Google search shows it is "Top Quality Recruitment" and based on my experience, I would say they aren't top quality at all.

    Called again today.  Lots of call center background noise.  Man said, near as I can tell through a mouth full of cotton balls: "Yah oomooring iwan oo tallwit ew momunen sheemuvisner."  I transferred him to an unmonitored voicemail box.
