They never leave a message

These people continuously call our house phone. We hand up, and they'll call back a minute later. They say they are with Microsoft and that there is an issue with our computer and need to access it to fix it. We tell them every time we don't have issues. They argue with us and tell us if we don't work with them, they'll disconnect our pc from their server. We called Microsoft Windows and advised them off the calls. The rep said that us not how they conduct business, and if there was an issue with our pc, we'd call them, not the other way around. Also, because these scammers switch constantly switch phone numbers, police have hard time tracking them.
If you get these calls, don't give them any info and call Microsoft directly. Hope this helps.
