Called claiming to be miss Glenn but it’s the same voice who called last year as Susan Lockhart threatening to serve papers for a court case if I don’t call them back. First problem is a server won’t call and second the court they list doesn’t exist. Scammers

Company claims to be a mediation service. I called the back the lady was talking really fast but I believe she said she was with MDA Services or something. Anyways, the original creditor they were calling about is myflexcash.com. I just told her I'm refusing to pay, she noted the account and said they will send to my local jurisdiction for processing (they won't). If you want the calls to stop just answer and tell them you aren't paying. Make sure you are clear that you are refusing. Legally they can't call after that and they won't. They also won't sue you, especially given the ridiculously small amount due and what their lawyer would charge per hour to handle the case. Not like he's traveling all over the country suing people in different counties. Just answer the phone, tell these people you aren't paying and they will leave you and your family (they sometimes harass family illegally) alone.
