I didn't recognize the number on my cellphone, but I answered, and it took a second for someone to respond to my hello, which made me think it was a robo call. Then a lady got on and said "hello?" I didn't answer her back and hung up. When I called back, the guy who answered said his company name, some acronym like "UCRD." When I asked him what company it was, he said it was a collections agency. I don't have any outstanding debts and my cellphone number is really new and haven't given the number out to too many people, so I'm guessing the call had to be spam. I blocked the number.
