    Ask him:

    1.  Name of Plaintiff
    2.  Name of Plaintiff's Attorney
    3.  Date case was filed
    4.  Case Number
    5.  Address of court
    6.  Date judgment was entered

i doubt if he can give you any information.  T His is a total scam.  Most likely there are no judgments against you.

If a summons and complaint were issued against you, you'd be aware of it from the attorney for the other side.  You'd have received something in writing.  There would be a paper trail.  YOU WOULD NOT receive the news  from a cold-calling scammery debt collector.  If there were a real summons and compliant it would be served on you by a proper server of process licensed to do so in your state.  Again, no debt collector would have anything to do with it.  No attorney will cold call something like this either.  Everything would be in writing.

If they have a valid debt against you tell them to send you a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.  Of course they won't do this,  so:  Block the calls and ignore them!

You might have a case against the callers under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Scam.   Read the other posts.  These people are simply trying to scare you into giving them some money.

Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

    1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
    2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
    3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  DIME  until the debt is validated.

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply block their calls and ignore them.

    If they are bothering you,

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.  If you can find them.

Total scam.  If you had written a fraudulent check you'd have heard about it from the bank.   The bank would have notified you and tried to make arrangements to settle the matter and that normally would be the end of it.   If the bank decided to make a complaint, they would go to law enforcement.  No scammery debt collector would be involved.   Fraudulent check-writing is a crime and you would be prosecuted by your local DA on the basis of a police report.  You'd have heard about it from law enforcement. No debt collector would be involved.  Period.   There are no summons and complaints filed in criminal actions.  A summons and complaint are part of a civil action.  These people are mixing up legal terms in an attempt to scare you.  Ignore them and block their calls.

    Report them:

http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection  (Threatening criminal prosecution in order to collect a civil debt is a clear bi  violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).

You might have a case against the callers under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  You'd need private legal assistance in that case.

Read the other notes, your callers are most likely RH Group or Rotech Holdings.  Long history of debt scamming.

I received a restricted phone call, funny because I usually do not answer restricted calls, but I did this time.  The female caller asked to speak with my cousin, whom I do not speak with on a daily basis nor would she provide my phone number as a contact, in which the caller indicated she had.  The female called informed me that my cousin needed to contact her plantiffs office and gave me a case number.  I informed her that I did not have a contact number for my cousin but could possible pass it on through other family members and her response was, ________ has officially been served and hung up.
