They are scammers.  Supposedly filing a civil law suite against me for an unpaid payday loan, which is [***].  I offered to give them the name and number of my attorney and the guy I was speaking to said that they were not "interested" and for me to expect the paperwork by the end of the week, I told them to go ahead and send it and hung up.   FIND AN HONEST WAY TO MAKE A LIVING!!!

Red Alert! Received a call on Monday from "Thomas" who said the call was to confirm my address for documents that were scheduled to be hand delivered on Friday; never said where he was calling from or why. There is one word for this : FRAUD.

Answered to hear an automated message stating he needed verification of my address because papers were being delivered today.  Spoke with the attorney general's office.  This is a scam.

Scam!!!!!!. Wanted to know my address to deliver papers for a lawsuit. Or I could pay up today and no one would come after me. Got mad when I wanted to know who he was collecting the debt for, said hes not suppose to give out their name. Told me I'd have to pay 10,000 in court if I didn't  pay right now. Said his company is HR Managment.

Process servers scam. He got mad because he realized that he wasn't going to make any money scamming you.

I received a voicemail not from this number, but as a return call number. Thomas. .... I called and the person said is was about Patricia Lindsey and said that it showed that I am a relative. I didn't give personal info except for my name. The person said that he would notify the attorney immediately about not knowing the person. He said something about a delivery scheduled for Friday on the voicemail (not over the phone). Wasted 10 minutes of my day. I figured it was another scam.

I received a miss call and voicemail from a number with a local area code, which was odd to begin with. Then the voicemail left by Robert Wilcox with US courier services confirming delivery of a package for my EX FATHER IN LAW who has never even been to/known of my address, in 4 days' time. The number to call and reschedule or change delivery information was 844-475-4043 and he also left a tracking number that he said really quickly and ended in "dash US". So I called the number, explained the person never resided at this residence, the guy that answered didn't even care about the tracking number, because when I started reading it he interrupted that the database was updated and my phone number would be removed from the case. I said no, it's the address that I want changed, I have an address he uses. He wasn't even interested in that, he just said everything was removed from the case that was associated with me and pretty much hung up. Weird. Why wouldn't he have wanted the other address? WTF are these guys coming up with in their basements on crazy meth binges?!!?? F@%#!!!!!!!

Called my job on numerous occassions from a local number showing Viewlocity, message left stated needed to verify correct address for delivering documents on Friday.  Thomas left message with 844-475-4019 return number to call.  SCAM

Same message as everyone else says. Do not call the 844 number. Scam.

Got a call from robert that stated he was a courier and needed to know where to bring papers to. Also called another person looking for me. Even gave me a tracking number.

I got the exact call name and day

They've called me three times from a local number leaving a message for delivering documents. Scam.

He said he name was Thomas and had a scheduled delivery of documents for me. It is not a legitimate caller and this number was the one he said to call in his message.
