Received  a call saying that I was going to be served.  I have nothing in my credit history that supports any owing financial matters.  Total scammers!  Don't buy into the fear tactics.

This number repeatedly called my job saying I was going to get served with papers. They said that it was fraud in my name and if I didn't call and reschedule my appt. that I will be served with papers. This is a scam do not fall for there scare tactics

A restricted number called me and told me papers were going to be served unless my attorney or myself called the number.  I knew it was a scam, but called anyway.  I gave the gentleman (HAH) who answered the case number that the first person gave to me.  He verified my name and asked me to verify my date of birth.  I told him under no circumstances would I offer ANY personal info.  If they were legit they would NOT be calling to warn me of any impending court filing.  He said he couldn't tell me anything unless I verified my information.  I told him to send a certified letter (which, if they were legit, they would have done already).  They are scammers - do NOT give them any personal info!

These people are truly [***]!! they keep calling my cell and work #'s.  I block them from my cell number.
IT'S definitely a SCAM!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!! I am reporting them to the Police Department.  We need to fight this type of harassment.

Christy left a voice mail that papers will be served at my job.  I've been explaining to these people that they have the wrong person and they just keep harassing me and leaving messages.   I'm not the person you're looking for...PERIOD!!
