They call 2 times a day and they say nothing. I called back and it was a dead line.

Calls several times a day, leaves silent voicemails. When I answer the call, no response besides silence.

Called to confirm my address, when I ask in regards to what they say thats only information they can tell me if i verify who i am. I say hell no. Hung up. Called back and asked to be taken off call list after getting these calls about once a week for the last month or so. Heavy Indian accent. Most likely a scam. Do not confirm anything with these people!!

this is a real company - Credence Resource Management - they are collecting on little random old health care bills like the co-pay amount for a pathology test or something that your insurance didn't cover.  you just have to have a little patience because their problem is that their call center is located in Pune, India and their company policy is to have their operators use fake American or English names like "John Smith" or "Martha Stewart" because they think it will be easier for Americans to pronounce than their own real Indian names.  also, because of health care privacy laws they are not allowed to discuss the matter with anyone other than the original patient and they have to verify your identity first before they discuss the bill with you, which they don't always do very well - like the guy I spoke to said he wasn't allowed to tell me the name of the company until I gave him my address, which naturally makes everyone think it is a scam - the manager I talked to said he was new and they would work on that - but the bills they collect are usually co-pays that were missed for less than $100 and it will help clear your credit report, so since the world works on global call centers now, it is worth it to have a little patience and find out what they are calling about.

Called, very hard to understand her.  Lots of background noise, but it sounded like she said "Credence Management" or something like that - asking about a family member about a "personal business letter."  When I said this member passed away, they wanted to know when.  I said put your request in writing.

This number calls me on average once a day for the last several months.  They are blocked but just sick of seeing them in my call log.

This person calls every day and interrupts work.

This number NEVER leaves a message and calls multiple times a day.

The guy told me he was calling regarding lab results after he verified some information.  I told him that I would not verify anything over the phone with him and hung up.

I read these post and I can't wait till this caller calls back. I have been ignoring the calls up till now but next time I'm going to have a little fun with this clown. A debt collector huh ?

Caller ID: TOLL FREE CALL.

This number called the office this morning. After I said, "Hello," twice, the caller hung up without saying anything.

This number called the office again this morning, asking for the boss. I gave the call to the boss after warning it could be a scam based on the posts here. The caller was very elusive to both me and then the boss about the reason for the call. I don't think he ever told the boss the actual reason, though he admitted he was from India and asked her for her DOB and other personal information. The boss told him off without giving him any of the requested information and hung up on him.

keeps calling... I don't answer... they don't leave a msg... will call multiple times...I have them on the reject list  not sure how they get thru... shows to be an India call center... I don't know ..will not answer their calls.

Absolutely, Utilize "Certified" snail mail (paper) that has to be signed for!  Get a signature/address/phone (INCONUS).  Deal only with Onshore (in the USA) debt collectors.  Take notes (who, what, where, when & how).

Check / Verify your credit reports.

Maybe not.  This company seems to be involved in info selling and identity theft.  Do more research.
