Please report them to the proper agencies.  The FCC is not the proper agency.  The FCC is not trying to find these guys because they have absolutely no jurisdiction over debt collection calls.  Please stop making stuff up and please start posting the right information.

First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are: https://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file complaints with the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

I work in credit repair. My husband got a call and he was told to call that number back. I did so and spoke to "Mark" who said he was from Buckley Asset Management and gave him the phone number called. He then asked for my husband's social, which I declined as I have no proof of who he is. He refused to speak further without me validating the account.
I called back about thirty minutes later and magically got "Mark" again. This time I asked for the company website and/or main phone number. He refused. This is not a valid debt collector. Do not give them your social, not even the last four. But if you want to mess with them feel free to make up a ssn.
I also called Buckley Law Firm, who told me it was not them and it was a scam as they had been getting calls frequently about them.

Missed call at 11:44 am. Left a voicemail with an automated message "Call (844) 481-0709 to speak with one of our specialists. Please note this is a very time sensitive matter, and your cooperation is required. Call (844) 481-0709 or press 1 to speak with a live agent."

My experience is the same as what people have said in the comments above. Same voicemail message. I never call these numbers back, I turn to the internet and look up the number. Verizon doesn’t allow calls from numbers it’s not familiar with. My doesn’t ring at all, most hang up some leave voicemail as this company did. Verizon classified it as spam as well.
    • Caller: If they left their name the voicemail didn’t catch it in the message.

Same as all others. Received a call indicating that I owed on a 2017 payday loan that doesn’t exist. I told them I’m not settling nor will they get any payment out of me and I was told “it will impact your credit and we will garnish your checks” …. If this debt was from 2017, wouldn’t it already be on my credit? Lol. I hung up and called back. Told them that my attorney would like to send over documentation and if they could provide me with a website or fax number and I was asked why and what is this in regards to - told them they would like to request more info from the agency directly and she pretended to go on mute (lol) then hung up 🤷🏾‍♀️ SCAM SCAM SCAM
