Hi, I got this too. I do, however have Netflix and when I tapped the email it came from, it already looked super suspicious. Then I copied the phone number and found this. Don’t answer. It’s a scam!

This is a scam. Don't give your card info.

I know this post is nearly a year old, but just want to clarify to anyone reading who might not know that this is a phishing scam, not "hacking". Very different things, and you don't understand the difference, please look it up. The majority of people getting scammed (especially older folks) are falling victim to phishing emails (people who know NOTHING about you except your email address...until you click a link and give them a bunch of info), not hacking (much rarer, where someone gains access to your computer and can directly steal info).

Same as above except they sent the email to an email account that is NOT associated with my NETFLIX.

SCAM!!!!!!!

I received an email this morning for "Netflix" stating my account is on hold due to lack of payment information. Please click here or call the number above. SCAM! I do have Netflix and I stupidly clicked on the link but smartly  looked at the web address and decided to close it and go to netflix.com and check my account, nothing wrong with my payment! Thank God I didn't enter any info!

This is the eight time I received an email telling me, that my Netflix, account is on hold and needed payment information

Received an email with the Customer Service number of 1-844-505-2993. The email reads "𝖶𝖾'𝗋𝖾 𝗁𝖺𝗏𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗌𝗈𝗆𝖾 𝗍𝗋𝗈𝅳𝗎𝖻𝗅𝅳𝖾 𝗐𝗂𝗍𝗁 𝗒𝗈𝗎𝗋 𝖼𝗎𝅳𝗋𝗋𝖾𝅳𝗇𝗍 𝖻𝗂𝗅𝅳𝗅𝗂𝗇𝅳𝗀 i𝗇𝅳f𝗈𝗋𝗆𝅳𝖺𝗍𝗂𝗈𝅳𝗇. W𝖾'𝗅𝗅 𝗍𝗋𝗒 𝖺𝗀𝖺i𝗇, 𝖻𝗎𝗍 𝗂𝗇 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗆𝖾𝖺𝗇𝗍𝗂𝗆𝖾 𝖸𝗈𝗎 𝗆𝖺𝗒 𝗐𝖺𝗇𝗍 𝗍𝗈 𝗎𝗉𝅳𝖽𝅳𝖺𝗍𝖾 𝗒𝗈𝗎𝗋 𝗉𝖺𝗒𝅳𝗆𝅳𝖾𝗇𝅳𝗍 𝖽𝖾𝗍𝖺𝗂𝗅𝗌." Clearly SPAM...ugh.
