No one answered when I picked up so I hung up.

These people switched their number from 8446618919. They are claiming to be a collection service about a payday loan. I checked my credit report and nothing on my report lines up with what they are telling me and they have my info wrong from when I "took" out the loan of where I lived and worked. Don't answer or just don't agree to pay anything until you get something in writing to legitimize it

They were looking for someone with the same last name.  I told them I dont know the person and they said they would not call again.  They continue to call. They said they are TAC collections

same thing constant calls from this number saying I owe money for payday loan from 2012 never had one sometimes 3 times a day and call my sister  how do you stop these crooks

When I called them they tried to get personal information away from me. I requested that they follow the fdcpa guidelines and mail out any information or claims that they may have against me and or my name. They said they can only email it to me. This is a bunch of bull! Under the law they have to provide you Debt  validation by u.s. mail if requested.

I also ask them for their address. They said they are not allowed to give out their address. Any legitimate company would have some type of address or mailing address to be able to provide you.

Do not fall for this scam. They will play off your fears and lack of knowledge of the collection laws. Also be cautious they will use leading questions to make you answer Yes or No. Demand that they are to give you information before you answer any questions whatsoever.

I was able to get a fax number that supposedly goes to them. 1 - 305 - 514 - 0709.

It is apparent that these numbers are new generated telephone numbers due to the lack of information posted so far. I venture to guess these numbers will eventually be discontinued within a few weeks.

Got a call from these guys yesterday and told them I did not get a payday loan and if they called me again, I would make a complaint with the attorney General's office in my state, the FBI and Federal Trade Commission.  They called me again today demanding I pay a debt that I did not incur.  I am making a complaint with the Attorney General in my state, FBI and the Federal Trade Commission.

They also said i owe from 2012 on a payday loan, they have my last 4 of my social and address  and where I used to bank.

Called for someone with no connection to me, continued to call, cannot reach a real person!

They have been calling my cell daily. When I blocked one number, they started calling from another number. Somehow they got my direct line at work and my step-mother's phone number! Does anyone know how to make them stop?

Left a message asking for me to call back with. A claim # ! Scammer!!!

I requested the us mail letter validating my debt to be mailed to me and they said they did not have my address.  I told them anyone that loans money would have a mailing address for the recipient.  They said they only worked through email and I said what a shame, I only work through the mail.  These jerks call all the time.  How do you ever get them to stop?

Calling, I don't answer; sometimes leaving messages for unknown collection attempts : (

Received a call from them about a payday loan that was on my credit. Was supposed to email me some info about the debt never did. Now they are calling my family members. How do I make it stop.

Go to the federal trade commission do not call website at donotcall.gov and make a complaint against them

They call asking for someone with the same last name as me, but different first name. "We are handling a claim in our office. Please note your claim number. Please press zero to speak to a representative or call us at 844-661-8919. Thank you."  They call constantly.
