caller id "800 Service".  Answering machine picked up and it caught part of the pre-recorded message telling me the IRS was going to arrest me and seize all my property then they hung up part way through the pre-recorded message, probably because the scammer listening and waiting for a live person realized an answering machine picked up and they needed to move on to the next victim.

missed the call, pre-recorded message saying it was urgent they speak to me other wise they were taking legal action.

Caller ID "800 Services"  left message that IRS Tax Crime investigation has a warrant on me and and is monitoring my physical property.
Beware…..SCAM CALL…..we all should know that IRS never will call you.

Same thing my answering machine answered and I picked up the phone before the message was over.  And a live person picked up.  I expected a Nigerian but it appeared to be a man from India claiming to be an officer in broken English but that's all I allowed him to said before I told him what he could do and hung up.

I call back just know and he ask me why I was calling? Then he ask me to tell him the number that call me and I realize was a scam. I hang up

Much the same as others above.  I did not pick up because I do not answer calls from numbers I don't know.  There was a partial message left on voice mail saying to call back immediately to avoid legal action.  I know that there are IRS scam calls that do this.  I am going to block this number now.  Total scam!

Big scammers. Hit star 67 on your phone and give them a call back just to waste there time. I asked his Irs badge number and he gave me some bs 6 or 7 didget number also bs. Then after me calling them 10 times the guy ask why I was calling them and harassing them. The IRS will always sent a first class leter before they would ever try to call you. I told them they were so full of crap the first time I called because I was an agent with the IRS, What do you know he hung up on me. So I called them back 9 more times. Wow I better go play the power ball because I had the luck of getting the same Bs IRS  agent  all 10 calls. People need to be shot dead. Have a wonderful day.

Too bad that *67 doesn't work on toll free numbers.  Perhaps you should actually learn something before giving bad advice?

Star 67 blocks my number from showing up on 800 number I tried it on my business 800 number from my home phone. Caller id says private caller.

Well, this was amusing.  I just listened to a message on my answering machine that said.  "The IRS has issued an arrest warrant against you.  Right now you and your physical property are both being monitored, and it's very important that I do hear back from you as soon as possible before we proceed further in any legal manner."  DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH!

What kind of home phone do you have? POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) ?

Said they were from Irs and they were not. Scared my wife half to death saying they had warrants out for her arrest.

We were told we and our property were being monitored and that the IRS had filed an arrest warrant for us. I know the IRS does not call on the phone. Wanted to report this to the IRS, hoping that's what is happening now!

It is a scam. Doesn't identify who they are looking for. Voice is robotic. Threatens being arrested.
It doesn't call, especially early evening.
This scam uses several different phone numbers.
The IRS does not call and threaten arrests. Our govt is well aware of this scam and has failed to do anything about this.

Received the exact same message from 844-506-5283 today and 844-324-1299 last week on my cell phone.  Female voice stating that me and my property are being monitored and to contact her to avoid legal action.

Said the IRS is filing charges and confiscating property if I don't call back.
