This is Bank of America Prepaid Visa Card service for the mobile app. They will never call you. If this number calls it is spoofed and a scam.

They emailed me..but its a scam

I gave them my I do too thinking they were real cause I called them and now I'm freaking out.  Had my card reported as stolen but they still have my info grrr

They emailed me claiming I requested a password change. I called the number provided to report fraud; I don’t bank with BOA and haven’t for years. When I told the individual this, they quickly hung up on me and wouldn’t answer when I called back. It’s a SCAM! Don’t fall for it!

Kept sending me email for password reset and I never had BOA before

Called BOA directly after getting a text and email about a BOA prepaid card that was compromised. It is a scam. Don’t fall for it

I also got an email saying I had a PrePaid card with BoA and that I requested the pw change. Thank y’all for the warnings of a scam.

They called to scam me to try and get my card info

Emailed me saying my card has been added to another account

Whoa... what is going on here. This is the number in the bofa app but when you call it it's a scam trying to get your info. Careful... BofA really messed up

i had a very unusal experience this morning , i tried to log in my app to check my balance and it said my account was locked for security reasons, I called this number and it was a SCAM  automatically asked me for my personal information then i was put on hold as they tried to steal money thank god I caught on to this and called the number on the back of my card and they were able to stop them . please be careful, if you get this same alert its a SCAM

That crazy because this number is the EXACT number inside my BOA account when I log in. My card was lost in another country and when I log in it tells me to call this number in my official BOA account app

Please be careful I know exactly how you feel, they had me on hold while they tried to commit fraud

This number popped up on an error message on my BofA app!!! Now my card is completely closed!!! I still have not been able to get the real BofA on the phone yet!!! I am FURIOUSLY UPSET!!!!

The phone# popped up on my boa mobile app when I lock in so I call and they said there Bank of America and they make me to order a new card and I gave them all my information and now they took my $ and have all my card information

Same thing happened to me today.2 messages from B of A, both saying a password reset had been requested. Called the number... sounded totally legitimate... until she asked me for one of my security question answers, and red flags went off in my head. I hung up and called the number on my card. They had no record of anyone trying to reset my password. It was a phishing attempt and it almost worked!
