Sounds like the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

I just received a text with the same message.

Got the same thing !! It's a scam!

I was told I was being sent a summons for a loan I never paid back,the person was very rude,she repeated my personal information back to me,,I told her I never got a cash advance loan in 2018 and told her I gad no idea what she was talking about than hung up
