The voice mail told me I need to call and speak with a case manager about a complaint that has been filed against me. She said she was from ICF Document Center

Opening move by a phony debt scammer.  They want to make you think you owe money on some bogus loan you never took out.  Don't return the call, they will just want to ruin your Christmas.  A call is NOT legal notification.   Since this is first contact, I would be inclined to block the number.

Caller claimed to contact me for my daughter gave me a false name and case number saying my daughter was being summoned. Total scammer don't waste your time.

They left a startling message that said that I was to respond to the above number. my casenumber is: 111-00799, and I was to contact my caseworker immediately.

My step dad got a call today from ridgeway filing services say that I gave them that phone number and they were trying to get ahold of me because I had a civil case filed against me from an outstanding debt on a credit card I had opened as teenager 7 years ago( she didn't know that info) there were several red flags during the call. she said I if I settled out today I could avoid being summoned to court she urged me to find a friend or family member I could have help me pay and i pay them back. I told her I would call back, she said I had two hours. She called me back on the dot two hours later from a unknown caller ID. I was prepared, I searched the number and found all of her info on different sites which you can look up as well. The info she started telling me matched up perfectly to the sites that proved all this was a scam. I did ask her how she got my info and she has a lot of it. She replied " I have your credit score, last four of your social, family members names attached to a file the previous company had that now owns your account." So I am really nervous about that. "Ridgeway Filing Services" is a scam. Call them back at 844-857-1410 and F@&$ with them. Super fun to prank them. What losers. So sad that they actually feel entitled to steal like this, clearly they were raised by monsters that provided no love or guidance. It's sad. I feel sorry for them that no one loves or will ever love them. Their families must be so disapointed in them.

TOTAL SCAM, do NOT call them or give them any of your information!

Don't worry.  These people locate your data from open sources (disturbingly, they're everywhere on the internet, sites like Spokeo.com are an example), and they pull a name of your family member and make up an amount of money that this family member owes, hoping that you'll panic and give them money.  NOTICE how everyone who reports these calls says they ask for a FAMILY MEMBER, never YOU.  They also go by many different names.  The person who called me said they were from LCS Document Services and they had some "certified documents" for a family member of mine. Their story will change depending the call.  They may have some information on you, but they are making up the debt and are total scammers.  I'll be filing a complaint with the FCC today.

I also received a call from LCS Document Services stating they were calling on behalf of Ridgeway Filing Services for a family member.  They said someone filed a complaint against this family member and that they have a court summons for them.  They gave a case number.  This has been going on for well over a year.  It is a total SCAM and I wish something was done about these idiots!!!!   The phone number they said I should call is 1-844-672-9429. Of course I have no intention on calling the number.

They left a message on my best friends cell claiming to be looking for a known associate of her's which happens to be my totally and completely mentally disabled guy that I have provided care for, for 22 years. Stating same kind of things that "it's just a civil case, not criminal" filed against him and that they have all mail correspondence returned but still coming to serve him unless this can be settled first.  Really people?  LCS was the document service and Ridgeway Filing Service was "claimant"

Got a call saying that I was being suede from a hospital bill  in 2009 what can I do about this I called the hospital and they have no record of me Owen anything they are using Thomas and stone  and bmg please let me know

I got a call from these guys at 844-368-2084. They said their usual statements about a judgement against me and I will be served with documents at my residence between 8am-4pm. Obviously I am not going to wait. Also something about having to show up at my local courthouse. It's all [***]. Brandi K mentioned an address they gave her, the address is for a shopping center in Riverside Ca. with an Albertsons, Auto Zone and Petco.

Got a call for my uncle from "restricted" stating that they were trying to deliver a package from LCF Document Services tomorrow from 8-4 and that there would only be 3 attempts to deliver unless he called a case manager immediately to set up an appt. Thought this was strange because my uncle and I have no relating business, so how they have my number is a mystery to me. Sounds like an automated message. Either way, very bogus. Just hang up.
