Five (5) recorded calls in my voice mail have come from 772-248-4452 (these started on December 2, 2021) telling me I owe money, with instructions to "press 1" to speak with a representative.
The recording never uses my name nor does the recorded voice ever identify the collection agency it represents.
The recording provides no details about amount owed or to whom the debt is owed.
The recording makes vague threats about state regulations and tells me I need to act immediately.
The recording gives instructions to call 844-522-0498 to get the debt resolved.

Considering I have no delinquent balances anywhere, coupled with the fact this is a recording instead of live person and no identifying information is provided, this is a scam.
NEVER call these places back. Doing so will tell them your phone number is a "good" one, you'll end up on a sell-list, and the number of these calls will just increase.

Let's try to stick to facts and not rumors or conjecture, OK?  No one buys lists of numbers because there is absolutely no reason to.

Robo call about a serious matter in their office pursuing legal matters in my state

No stop recorded calls everyday to my home & cell.

I get numerous calls leaving voicemail about pursuing this matter within state guidelines. Never leave name but always same call back #844-522-0498. I block their number, so phone doesn't ring, instead goes to voicemail. I think it's a scam. I never call them back.

I gotten numerous calls recently leaving a voicemail about pursuing this matter within state guidelines. Never leave the name of the business but always same call back #844-522-0498, not sure if the originating phone number has been the same forgot to keep and check.
