Has called 2 days in a row but does not leave an answer.

Got a call on my cell so returned a call to the number on my work phone.  Carrington Mortgage.  When I answere the cell there was no one there.

Got a call few min/ ago guess Carrington MTGE? No business with them and do not need a mortgage with them.

Got a call from this number. The man left a voicemail addressing me as the wrong person then corrected himself to my name. He sounded very nervous and unsure saying “umm” after each word. He tried saying there’s a problem with my escrow account and to call him back at a (480) number that was completely different than the number he called from. Oh yeah also I checked my escrow everything is fine. I didn’t return the call. Seems like a con artist

This doesn’t help one bit.

Left a message, claim to be Carrington Mortgage abt escrow. Carrington offices were closed that day and the escrow is fine. Blocked and reported.  Don't answer, it only encourages them.

Got a call and the man said sorry wrong number sounded old.

Said Carrington my account is up to date dont know why they would call I left them a message and told them that

The person left a message using my name saying welcome to Carrington Mortgage, your new loan provider. Left me another number to call back (*443-632-9257) Ignoring

It was Carrington Mortgage. Calling for [***] reasons. I hate them because their escrow policy sucks. There job is to rape and butcher you by increasing your escrow payments beyond what is necessary to cover their expenses by at least 100%. Don't use Carrington Mortgage is you don't have too. You have been warned! Tell them to "F" off if they phone you. She hung up on me when I gave her a piece of my mind about their policy. Instead of expressing any concern, she just hung up on me. This is because Carrington Mortgage sucks.

Got a call from them claiming to be Carrington saying something was flagged. He seemed sketchy and wouldn't really answer my questions but kept asking me to confirm my information. I did not. Got a bad vibe and Hung up. Sounds like a con artist.

My account is good for any calls

Most likely Carrington Mortgage since I've got them blocked on their other numbers, CID says "Out of Area". My mortgage is with them but not by choice, it was sold to them by Bank of America. There is no reason for them to need to talk with me since my account is current and if their is an issue they can notify me by mail. I suspect it's an attempt to get me to do a refi so they can generate more fees for themselves. They must hate looking at my account and seeing that I've knocked 6 years off the maturity date of the loan so far and reduced the interest they'll collect from me by more than 30k.

It IS "Carrington Mortgage", they have been hounding me to re-fi my home. They were going to save me $196 a month....for the costs of $6500 on the backend of my mortgage...yeah....no thanks!!!
