I do not know who it is.

This number called my DNC-listed landline last night at 1907 hours.  I have no idea who it is or why they would be calling me.  For the heck of it, I blocked my number and called it back.  It's some Centurion Health or something to that effect.  It has nothing to do with me.  So either someone is illegally spoofing a valid number, someone is illegally using my phone number on some health forms, or they dialed the wrong number.  I'm guessing it's illegal spoofing.

Who is it?   They hide who they are on the ID so I do not talk to those who hide.

Scam suspicion, robo call.  I pick up the phone and say hello, nobody say anything, only background noise for more than 10 seconds.   It sounded like from a call center. At 6:45 pm PDT?

And they just tried yet again, this time, today at 0955 hours.  I waited until about the sixth ring before picking it up.  Silence.  Morons.

I got a call from 844-531-4688 on October 3, 2018 at 10:46 am, a bit earlier then telemarketers usually call.  The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said, "Toll Free Call."  I believe they called me yesterday.

What bugs me about these calls is that they don't leave a message.  If the call was important enough to make in the first place wasn't it important enough to leave a message?

On another website this number was flagged as a robocall.

I got my second call from 44-31-4688 at 11:53 am on October 5, 2018.  Same MO as previously - no message.

And the idiots tried yet again, this time, today at 1126 hours.  They certainly are persistent pests.

And once again, today at 0921 hours, so they're starting extra early today.  I picked up the receiver and said, "What?"  Nothing.

And, surprise, surprise, the morons just tried again today at 1545 hours.  My call blocker disconnected them, so they immediately called back, which thwarted the call blocker.  So I just lifted the receiver slightly and put it down again.  With the speed that the number called back, it is definitely NOT a legitimate call, so they must be illegally spoofing a number.  Now there's a surprise. <s>

Still calling and scamming.

I got my third call from 844-531-4688 at 3:12 pm on October 17, 2018.  Same drill as before - no message and my caller ID said, "Toll Free Call," like that is going to fool someone into answering their phone.
