Who is this? They are saying that a firm ha lodged a complaint against my son and to call this number. Have left voicemail 3 times. Why would they leave a case number AND threat of taking action when they have no clue who they are connecting with?

Called stating have action against my husband first name and my maiden name as his last name.

Constantly calling saying suit has been filed. Called to say wrong number  and Olivia that answered the phone hung up on me because I was "being non-productive" when I wouldn't provide additional information. Called back and she threatened to file "harassment against me" because I wouldn't answer her questions.

I just got a call saying a compliant has been made against me.

This is a scam BIG TIME!! DO NOT ANSWER NO ID CALLS.

Two months ago I had a similar call saying that I owed  around $10,000 to a bank in KY I use to bank with (now live in TN). All it did was make me very upset, and nothing ever happened.

I have learned my lesson to ignore theses calls.

Received several calls from them saying a complaint was forwarded to her office and if I didn't respond they would take action against me.

The person that their trying to contact doesn't live or receive messages at this phone number. We will not be threatened.

Calls and states a complaint had been filed against me and I had to respond they have called my work my relatives it's harrassment

Called my wife's cell phone (no idea how they got that) and left a message for me, stated his name was Bobby Warren, gave a 5 digit case number, said I had a complaint lodged against me, and told me to call (844)531-9734 and threatened legal action if I didn't comply. Never stated WHO lodged the complaint nor the firm the complaint was lodged with. Caller ID said "unavailable". Sounds like a scam.
