Got a call from an unlisted number. Said they were from Nationwide Processors. Wanted me to call 844-552-6226 to get information about a court case. They gave me the case no. Thanks to this thread I will not be calling them.
My understanding is that any summons from a court would be delivered in person or by certified mail in plenty of time before the court date. Don't believe any of the lies from these scammers.

I just got a call from them and they told me to call 844-552-6226. What bothers me is that they have my address. When the call said that I completely cut them off and told them that I know for a fact that my county would have left something attached to my door if I wasn't home. So I don't understand why this company was calling me.

got a call to my job to call 844-552-6226 and they gave me a case number. when i called them back they told me i owed money from a credit card. they wanted me to provide my address from them to deliver a summons.

Just got a call from them saying I owed a bank back in 2010! Got screamed at cussed out and hung up on several times!!! Looked them under found this and saw that it was a scam on the bbb. Never gave me any info just that I was dumb and didn't know how to pay my bills and that I was going to court cause of it lol nice try dip [***]!!!! Didn't get any money from me!!!

Called me, said I had a pending fraud case in my county and that the sheriff was looking for me. Asked him to hang on a min while I grabbed paper  and pen, walked next door to my neighbor who is a county sheriff, and had him confirm on speaker phone that no such investigation exists.He promptly hung up.

I received a voicemail yesterday from a private number, he left this phone number with a case number stating it was a time sensitive matter. I returned the call while doing a google search of the number. The phone was answered "litigations" with no name of a firm ever stated. He had an address and the last four numbers of a social security number and said I owed money to US Bank and had 24 hours to pay. When I asked the name of the law firm the man hung up on me.
