I received the same message today.  I've received several calls from this number but today was the first time they left a message.

I thought that this was a scam also until they came to serve me with papers to appear in court.

If you were served, you have all of their info. Post it!
You geniuses try this crap all the time. If you ever ask yourself why you're stuck trying to scam for a living, here's your answer...You're an idiot!
You won't post a single verifiable thing. Nothing! You won't give us a physical address to this fraud shop, you won't provide us with a jurisdiction, the signing judges name etc. You'll simply do the same thing that all you frauds do. You'll come back with excuses & claims that you don't want to divulge any personal info. IT'S ALL PUBLIC INFO. IF YOU WERE ACTUALLY SERVED!
So come on back & let's all see what you're made of. We'll be waiting....

Gunnar, to these people 'Truth' is half the name of a City in New Mexico (or an old TV show with Bob Barker). Truth? It does not seem to translate well into some Asian languages. Otherwise, hope you had a good New Year. We're off to a roaring start on 800 notes, aren't we?

Oh so true my friend. It's going to be a fun filled year. Now we need to see if this fraud can learn the meaning of what comes after "Truth..."

Received a call today from a Clara Johnson saying they were trying to serve me with papers and if I didn't get in touch with them they would call my HR department and they would garnish my wages.  Ended the call by saying you have been notified, good luck.  The call number to call back was 844-560-7499

I told these people to send me to court, I have not been served yet

Got a call from these people as well. Yes they are a scam. But here is the thing. I hope they are stupid enough to try and cone serve me. It helps when you live with 2 cops and your sister is a prosecutor. I will wave good buy as they go to jail. They should have done there homework on the people they call. Please come to KY. I am begging you.

Thanks so much for sharing! I got the same call on my voicemail and was freaked out because there was no reason for an arrest !! They even said they tried to come to my home! Totally a fraud!

Got the same message a few months ago and my husband actually called and found out these people where using illegal numbers trying to represent legal/ courts representatives! We were told that it was a scam and that no one from another state would serve you papers also you wouldn't be contacted by anyone if you were being served they would just so up! Now I'm getting these calls again but for a different person/ DO NOT give them any information they just want money, I've tried to get documentation before I would give them money and they said I needed to set up a payment arrangement before I would get documentation that right there was a red flag! These people have nothing better to do with their lives then to scare others and try to steal our money don't fall for it report them and block and ignore their calls! Just beware that they will use different numbers whatever they can to continue to harrassament!

I, too, got a call from this number and didn't answer.  I don't answer any number that I don't recognize.

Got another call from the same person, threatening to contact my HR dept.  I just deleted the message.  They called back on Dec 11 and again today.
