Stating it was a "NOTICE OF POTENTIAL COMPLIANCE VIOLATION"

"PLEASE ACLL IMMEDIATELY 1-844-564-2211 AVOID POTENTIAL FEES OR PENALTIES"

A google search shows the return address to be multiple businesses (none of them, that I could tell, were gov't offices.)  So not sure what is up with this postcard notice, but it sounds fishy to me.

This is a well known business scam.  They try to make you think they are an official government agency and that you need to do something or else you will get fined for it.  They then sell you something to bring your business back into "compliance", usually something you could get for free off the internet.

I just got the same postcard with the same info on it. I pulled up numerous reports from different states about business scams showing photos of a very similar postcard (except with their state's return address). I think if it were legit, they wouldn't have so much info exposed on  a postcard. I'm throwing it in the trash.

Igot the same card, but I called them, and they wanted to charge me 66 bucks to prove I was a business. This is a form that is 6 dollars online, that is irrelevant unless I need to show proof to someone else. I asked a bunch of questions, and tried to come in person, but they said that they were in Richmond, and that would not be possible. They also told me they had no idea if the form was online, or where I could view it. I called the state office, and told them about it, but they did not seem to worried. I figured they might want to find out who is representing them, and scamming people out of money. Stay alert.

844873383 he leave msg on my voice ,he said his name is Jacob., and detail about legal matter ya di ya da like the same scammer copany use, i did called but I didnt give him any information except told him to go ahead call my lawyer,but he refused to take my lawyer number and got very rude and said good luck in court.!

To whomever own the debt from payday loan, dont get scared because i did at the begining but It is a scam, they will used our guilt that we own debt to make money from it.
