bil collection scaners don't answer this phone .

Recieved call, they hung up and never answered.

Bill collector wanting business name and asked to be called back.  Never heard of business they wanted.  Wanted my information.   Scam.

They call. Everyday. I don't owe any delinquent payments. But they call anyway. Over. And over. And over. And over. I wish I could find them and sue them for harassment. We all would be rich.

Called, didn't answer, no message, no reason, no name on caller ID.  Half the calls I get are reported to be the same company, from many different phone numbers.  Blocked, but t hey change numbers and call again.  Anyone legit would leave a voicemail.

Leaves a message saying its hunter warfield debtcollector, but this number isn't on their list and they dont seem to have a base in kansas, the origin of the call. Automated voice.

844 is a toll free number and as such it can be anywhere in the country.  I don't see how you think that it is in "kansas".  Debt collectors have tons of phone numbers that they use.  If you call it back and it connects to them then they have possibly fulfilled part of the FDCPA.
