I received a very garbled voicemail from a company claiming to be a law firm representing C&P Investors. The woman stated there was pending litigation for an unpaid PayDay Loan originated in Dec of 2015. She had a ton of my personal info, but it was all more than 10 years out of date (which tells me there's no way in hell that it would have been recorded that way for a transaction in 2015). Furthermore I haven't requested or accepted a payday loan. Ever.

Be very careful. These scammers have a ton of your personal info.

I threatened litigation and asked them to send any information to my attorney. I was placed on hold for 18 min. Then I was hung up on.

UBS STUPID SCAMMERS!! REPORT THEM AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE A CALL!!

So is this a complete scam?? They called saying I was being suid for a payday loan in 2010.

Same thing have to me , I believe they got my information from the yahoo hack !!!

I do not know how she got my phone #. I am very restrictive using my information. and never had unknown caller.The caller has very mean evil voice and left message in my voice mail saying she has documentations to deliver and asked to call back for delivery of form/docu. intendend to harass and to cause anxiety. I called her back to know who she is and what her call is about she did not pick up the call and answering machine says 'leave your message, voice mail is full and error occured' then hunged up on me. what a existence!

These people were calling my number for months...I never answered but they always left the same message about a final attempt for a delivery. Now they are calling my mom and leaving the same messages. I don't even know my moms number without looking it up so how do these scammers know it?

I received a call saying they have  a document they have to deliver. The company is ubs I think. They said hey will subpoene my family members if I don't pay within 10 days. I don't even remember owing anyone

I got the same message. They have been calling around to different extensions at my job leaving those same messages about delivering documents. called my mom and my sister and left the same message. Since when do they call to tell you that papers have to be delivered to you. If they had your info and were a legit business they would just mail it right?
