Scam caller with legal issues and ask to call number that is scam

This same number called me yesterday claimed I was going to jail if I didn't call them. Google search the name Hemsworth and Associates and can't find them anywhere or the number the called me from.

Can't find anything regarding this supposed law firm, they said I was being sued for a debt when I'm a month away from bankruptcy discharge.

They can't sue you because when file bankruptcy it imposses an automatic stay on our creditors to take any legal actions against you. I can't find anything online about this company!!!!!

Got a phone today from this number threatening me and my wife. Informed them this bill was paid in 2017 and have proof with a “paid in full letter”.
They said I was lying and had a bad attitude, and they were going to send me to court no matter what.
I attempted to call back several times to get a fax number, and they wouldn’t provide one. Absolutely unreasonable people, and will lawyer up from these pathetic people.

Said I was being sued and if I didn't call them back within 30 after giving me a case # and different phone number they would process it.

Called me, both sisters, brother in law, parents repeatedly- threatening said my dad is going to jail for being a criminal. The scary part is they repeated all of our social security #s back to me! Clearly they have our info and not sure what the intention was but couldn’t even entertain the supposed law firms attempt to extort us. Got into a big arguments with the [***] there. The supposed receptionist at Hemworth Associates was intensely unprofessional. A lot of different numbers calling to then be “not in service” minutes later. Clearly a scam but they’re some persistent individuals that stick to their attempt.

Guys they have blocked me for trying to call multiple times after they were nasty to my elderly mother and I'm her power of attorney. Let's make them block us all! Call, call, and call again just to waste their time! Make them block you too! Tell everyone you know to just call and troll them repeatedly.  They gave the names Evelyn, Tim, and Garcia.

They called me first from a 716 number claiming to be a process server wanting to serve me when I inquired about what said it was some old credit card debt that I paid like 13 years ago then told me that I had been notified and served by the phone call then called me from another number said I owed a huge amount of money knew my social and my address when I said I couldn't pay they got nasty and said we'll you refuse to pay I was um no we can work a deal they didn't like that I told them after a search through my files I had a recipt where I paid this debt like 10 years ago called me a liar said I could only pay through their firm said I had one hour to get the funds together called me from a different 716 number 3 hours later I told them that the debt is old past the statue of limitations for 1 and was already paid off again he got pushy and mad demand money said I would be served Monday and he would see me in court and that they where going to place a lien and garnish my wages and I told him it's paid already which again he yelled I was a liar and he will see me in court so I reported it to the state police. But Monday will be interesting has I wait on the porch with my spicy treat despenser and my coffee.

Yes this is ridiculous! Someone from a local number called my daughter looking for me to try and serve me papers for court. They gave this number and a case#  The guy said it was from debt almost 15yrs ago and apparently there is a rolling contract that I signed back in 2007. And I asked for an email copy of the letter that was supposedly mailed, they provided me a copy. But I also could not find that company name at that address. So my husband called Julian back and was inquiring and basically told the guy go F*** yourself and the guy was like well good luck paying this, you won't be able to.  Hubby said BS. He said send the certified letter and said he was hanging up the phone.  He did, the then called me from another MI area code and said my husband threatened him, I said he is standing right here. We just said send the paperwork, and the guy said you will be getting a summons and best of luck and hung up. So we shall see what happens 😏

They’re not lawyers or an agency. They’re scammers. Number is currently disconnected! Sadly they’re hopefully only their next set up victims. They’ve been harassing us for couple days now. Persistent!

This number called my dad looking to deliver a summons. They claim that I have refused to pay a debt from 2006. When I asked them where they were calling from they said they are not required to provide that information. When i asked if they were recording this call the "manager" got extremely defensive and said he can see what I am doing here. I said it sounded like a scam and he got even more defensive. He kept threatening to.have me me summoned to court because I was clearly refusing to pay my debt. He had all my information and thought that this would confirm that they were not scammers. In fact, when they answered the phone they said my name, never verified they were talking about me, and never read a disclaimer.

Well they pressured Me also kind of a long story, there is a FBI Cyber Crimes department the URL is https:complaint.ic3.gov. Suggest placing a complaint to the FBI.

They’re calling me telling me I owe an old debt. They’ve been calling since last week. Different people, a miss Daniela, Angela, Sam Williams ID or extension 591.  I’m supposed to call an attorney by the name of Jacob miller to negotiate a settlement or go to court. The number I’m supposed to call is 844. 598-8280. Also said I signed a Tolling Agreement which means they can go after me for 20 years. I feel violated by these scammers. Oh, I’m still waiting for that email with a letter with collection information.

Got a call today from a blocked number, they left a voice mail saying it is their first attempt to contact me about a notice of action and legal documents I need to sign.  Then the number appeared on voice mail.  888-964-0780.  I called and the man who answered said his name was James.

When I searched the company name I found this website.  All these people reporting fraud calls from the same person.

Looks like they've moved from harassing me and on to you. I called the City National Bank building management and let them know scammers are using their address. They don't have any law office by Hemsworth and Associates. I also looked up the "attorney" license number, it doesn't exist.

Nothing. They stopped calling and no email either. I reported the number to my local sheriffs office. I've blocked them.
