Telemarketer called that they would be around my area if i wanted an estimate to install solar panels for my home. Seems like they have called with 6 other telephone numbers in one day.

These guys had a robo call to my house phone late at night with a voice recording several times this week.  Isn't this illegal to do.  I tried telling them to put me on the DNC list.  The lady only spoke Spanish.  Still getting calls.

Just keep blocking!!

Solar Scammers - Never hire someone who cold calls for business...............Crooks...........Do not answer - block caller.

844 area code - known for scamming people.

844 is a valid toll free number and I do know I have received calls from several valid and legitimate businesses.  Making a blanket statement such as that just shows your ignorance.  Especially since numbers and caller ID can easily be spoofed, meaning the call might not even be coming from an 844 number.

Some asian lady called and asked for my husband when I said he was not here could I take a message, she said thank you and hung up on me.  I don't know who the company is she did not say.

Got a call from the same number 844 600 1699...i didn't answer and they did not leave a message. I am always getting scam calls on my cell. I now automatically look up unknown numbers. Thanks to the previous posts i will block this number.

3:56 pm 5-12-16.  Now the solar energy crooks appear to be using/spoofing toll free numbers.
