Accusation of tax fraud/warrant for arrest

They said I was hiding from my tax fraud. they wanted to me call back

Received multiple poorly recorded voicemails in strange voice stating I was hiding money from the government. Attempted to call back but no reply.

Got a call & vm from this #. I blocked my ID and rang back. He said his name is PETER WILLIAM  he has an extreme India accent.   IRS.  I asked him what he does with the IRS.... He wants my name.. .I said usually the IRS sends something by mail & never calls. The IRS does not use humans on the phone. ( yes I did).
He repeats his name and his speel a little....
***I said I got a call from this #  claiming to be the IRS but I don't have an income or a job so I am wondering what the IRS would call me about?!?

He said : You have no job than you don't have taxes it was a wrong number forget about it.

So that's how you get them to stop. But everyone knows job or not you got to file taxes. 😉

This is so annoying because I keep getting voicemails from this same caller because i rarely pick up unknown calls. It's always talking about how i'm like hiding from the government or something and like stuff about taxes????? Like i'm 13 so it's sooooo [***] annoying. 😒

Received a call from this number saying they were IRS and owed back taxes. Warrant was out for my arrest . I foolishly fell for this and paid them ALOT of money. I'm so embarrassed but need to warn others. I was caught off guard.

Some sand boogie, indian, or whatever it was on the other end called me to say they were the Internal [***] Revenue Service and that I am hiding money lol. So I asked the guy how he was going to get the money because I said I would only consider it if his [***] wife blew me for it. He hung up...the nerve!

I received a xall from that number theperson sound like they were from India and could not understand them well but I understood they wanted me to pay them some money they ask me for my Social Security the last numbers of my Social Security when they came up with my meme and then they said that they will holding my money because I would have to pay tax I told him that the federal government doesn't work like that they sebd written notuces.   They are worjunf alibg with a group called Quick Casgiers. Who owes me $2000

Didn't answer, left message to call back. The message didn't include IRS threat, but he did repeat the call back number three times.

I figured out it was a scam. He has called twice so far today.  I reported it to TIGTAon the social security  website..

Bogus automated call that claims to be from IRS and accuses the person who answers the phone of fraud against the IRS, and threatens legal action.

They said the police will be at my doorstep and when i ask what address do they have on file they will hang up.

Got two calls yesterday - left recorded voicemail "You are hiding from the government" - obviously a scam. If the government wanted to find me, it wouldn't be very difficult for them.

The guy with heavy Indian accent left message  to call back . I call him back, he told me I'm under federal investigation for tax return, and start asking my name, zip code. Than I told him I need to talk to lawyer before I'll answer any other questions , he agreed very quick and hang up on me . Also he call him self  officer John Wick.

Also by calling them back you just verified for them that yours is a "good' number and now you will receive more worthless calls from this and other numbers. *67 does not work on toll free numbers. Do not answer call you don't know and never call them back.

Received a call from this number and they left an automated vm. Something about owing money and the IRS. Blocked the number.
