Called me saying that we owed money. As soon as I asked for their website information and location, they became very unhappy. Even called my wife at work. They said they work for Evergreen Acqusitions LLC. but the company does not exist

They have been calling myself and my husband on our home phone and each of our cell, and work phones!  They said they were with Evergreen.  The recording gives a file number and this phone number to call back in order to be "compliant."

Caller said his name was Dan Vanco, looking for someone that could possibly be related to me.  I know the person they were looking for, but not related at all.  I asked how they got my number and they said to blame the goverment and would not give me any other information.

This is the second time they called me. They said I owed a debt to pay day one. Which is true but it wasn't drawing on the checking account are trying to say. I took the loan out over 4 years ago and I didn't open the checking account to last year. My bank said they are scam do not pay them.

I've gotten several calls on my cell, my wife's cell and home land line. I've never answered or replied suspectin a scam.

I have had two calls from them stating someone was using my identify for a loan. I called them back from my land line (not my cell) and they said they were looking for someone not related to me at all. They said they would look into. I am thinking its a scam don't call them back

Called saying someone using my identity and credit nos. said it was important to return call and use a certain case no. Given. Think it is a scam.

Was a recording telling me someone was attempting to use my S.S.# and they thought it was an attempt to steal my identity that I need to contact them immediately but also managed to give me a case# I already know it fraud or a scam

Have tried calling back a number of times and "no one is available to take your call at this time"...SCAM. Call received was as others have noted - identity theft related.

Evergreen Acquisitions saying that we may be a victim of identity theft of our SS#. had a case number regarding this and we needed to call immediately!!

They're calling me looking for Chris someone.  Immediately after asking them to stop calling, to which they said they would, I got another call from their area code 281 line asking to call the 844 number

They keep calling me like 4 times a day! When I tell them I don't know the person they are inquiring about and I get angry they say, we think you know this person so we are not going to stop calling. Uuugggg!!!

The same thing happened to me! When I told them to stop harassing me he said we are not harassing you at all and I think you know this person so I am not going to stop calling. They call me at least 4 times a day from different numbers. I started to block each one once they call so hopefully they will get the hint!

This number called me stating that I owe them money and was going to have law enforcement sent to my job after speaking to my supervisor, when I called back to let them know we have law enforcement in my building since I work for the State of Texas, they quickly hung up on me. I call back and they kept stating that I was trying to buy time and avoid paying my responsibilities. I asked for a copy of all the documents that state I owe money to and to please have them mailed to me and they state they have already mailed it in the past which is not true. I informed them my husband is law enforcement as well and that I was going to be pressing charges for harassment because they would not provide any locating information of this company nor would they provide their federal tax number to ensure that this is a legitimate company. He stated his name was Phillip and that his manager was John Gavin. When I asked for the director and owner of the company's name he stated he didn't know that.

Beware off this why don't more people report them call the cops or the government

Also sent me a email at work saying someone had charged a control arm 1998 Dodge B3500 Base  Cyl 5.9 L Mevotech Control Arm price 5423 qty 1 part # aLDwtw  . I called my bank to make sure nothing had been charged to my account.Fraud

I received a call at my office from 844-605-4276 and the lady was very nice but she knew my SS# and an Old Bank account that was closed due to fraud and my email address. It worries me that she know this information and then she told me I would be served by the local county at home or work if I do not choose to resolve the issue today of only 700 verses the 2,000.00. I know I owe nothing and haven't taken out a loan and not pay it back so I worry they will try to use my information to access credit.

Just got off the phone with these so called people. Last year I had a Samantha some thing call wanting money . I called my attorney he says not to pay scam scam scam!!! I will be calling him again.
