Scam. Every complaint here validates what happened to me. I reported to FTC.

Just got this call.  Super shady.  Wanted me to make payment arrangements or I will be served papers to go to court.  Never heard of Canyon Creek Management.  Tarrin Carter was the name the woman gave who wanted me to make payment arrangements.  Said she couldn't mail me anything because Canyon Creek Management had been sending me letters.  Tarrin couldn't even tell me who exactly I owed this supposed debt to.

Elaine Perkins, called my house and my mother called me at work. I keep telling her about these scams but she is a senior citizen who believes this crap. Same others, calls to say they tried to fax me and this is the last attempt. Good luck with that. I don't have time.

I Just got the same voicemail message from Elaine Perkins.  I receive these calls 2-3 times a week.

Since I had already answered their calls, I'm on their radar. So while I was sick in bed and couldn't sleep. Decided to keep calling them and mute my end. Figure if they are bothering me.... why not bother them? I know.... bad idea, but I'm tired of the calls and they call my dad and my step mom who I haven't talked to in 15 years. I told my dad to tell them that I'm dead. Lol.

Keep getting these calls- now they are calling family members saying I owe money.

Just received the same type of call. Said I owed money from some Twin Bluff company from 2012 and what is scary, they new all my information.  Never even heard of Twin Bluff.  When I asked them to send me the documents and backup they said they couldn't as they already sent them and so I asked them to e-mail these to me so I can review as I have no idea what is going on, they said they couldn't.  I told them this just does not sound right and I giving you no information and they hung up on me.  I had declared a Bankruptcy since then so I know this is bull.  Definitely be careful.
