I received a yellow card in the mail with this phone number 844-628-7646 to call regarding my current mortgage with my loan recording date. Indicated time sensitive and important matter regarding my loan. It noted a "Mortgage ID # that doesn't correspond to my loan at all.

So did I only my card was pink.  There's no real identifiable information on the card (tiny note in bottom right corner states 'all information provided by H.W.C. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by your current lender.')  Trust me - if there was a legitimate issue with your mortgage you would not hear about it via post card.  Shred it - just like I did.

I received a yellow card advising that it was very important that I call them.  I don't even have a mortgage with the company they listed.

Same as others... I received a yellow card in the mail too. I just hung up the phone with my mortgage company and it definitely did not come from them! How dare these people send me something and ask for my "personal information" when I call. Why are they not required to provide a return address? I'd like to write back and give them a piece of my mind!

Received a yellow card about my mortgage. Mortgage id# does not match my loan number. Will not call if they cannot identify who they are.

Similar to others, I received a yellow card stating "This notice is regarding your recently closed mortgage ...", with a Mortgage ID # that doesn't match my mortgage.  After reading other postings, card is off to the shredder !

Ditto all above comments.  Looks like they're at it again.  My yellow card came to my PO box and has a "stamp" box that has missing ink like the old days that looks like its from the Post Office.  I'm betting it isn't!
