They claimed to be my computer tech company but they were not. The company I signed up with said they did not call me claiming my computer had a virus. They said they would not "get an alert" if it had a virus unless they were checking on it directly which they were not. I was at work and my computer was home. They called from phone number 844 628 9486.

Please help catch these coward theives!! I was not harmed but could have been if I did not have a red flag that they wanted the phone number of my son because he was bringing me my computer at work for them to check out with "Join Me" or one of those methods.  I called the number of my computer company and they confirmed it was not them calling me, as was claimed by the coward scammer.

I received the same call today from the same number.  They were wanting personal information to correct an issue as they were claiming they were receiving errors from my home computer that had a virus.

Same scammer as the people who wrote in the emails above me. The heavy accented person claimed he could fix my computer problem right over the telephone since I told him we had a power outage at the moment and I could not be at the computer. How stupid do they think we are ?
