this people are a joke calling me and acting like they work for the state of Missouri mean while breaking every law for Missouri

The number as of last Feb 2015 was for an arbitration firm collecting on past due debts.  If anyone has additional information please advise since now I have tried to call the company they used in the past to process payments but there number is no longer valid and they are not replying to emails to give an updated number.

If you owe on an old debt - you've got mail. You would of had to of received a letter by US Post with the collection companies name, address, and phone number, plus information on the debt. Should you get a call again tell them to send you something by the postal service. By law they have to. If they won't, and you know for a fact you owe no debt, it's a scam.
