you are being sued for debt owed. we can not talk about it and we need you to move forward in this.

Yes this number keeps calling my husband and says they will deliver a sealed envelope tomorrow.  Lmao Collection agency's really don't know the law.  We owe no one anything, they apparently have the wrong person so they try to call every one with the last name they are looking for. Idiot s.  !!!!!! Get a real job!!!

This happened to me today as well. Saying I'm going to be arrested...lol

Keller Grimaldi and assoc is calling me threatening to have me arrested, calling my work, leaving me messages, I Googled the law firm.  The only website that comes up has been in existance for 4 wks and 2days.  The number listed on the web page is not the number they gave to call.  This is starting to get really irritating.

I keep getting calls from 844-631-2191.  He says his name is Shawn Maxwell, and there's a legal matter pending against me.  Calls my work Number and Cell phone Number, from 844-631-2191.

Keller Grimaldi and Associates has call me as well as family members multiple times stating there's a legal matter pending and I have 48 hours to respond to it. When I asked them for their address, they immediately told me to hold or they had to answer another call. They will leave messages stating legal documents are being filed in a county you may have resided in on different voicemails. They're address of 2635 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo NY 14216 goes to a camera shop. They have called from 844-708-4943, 844-631-2191,888-803-9418. They just registered the domain http://kellergrimaldiandassociates.com 2/7/17 expiring 2/7/18. They just put up a website within the last 24-48 hours because they didn't have one last week. Complaints have been filed with CFPB.gov and BBB.org.

Just another "Buffalo Bully".  Ignore and block ANY calls received from this group.

Just because someone on the phone calling you says you owe a debt does not mean you actually owe it.

If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  dime until the debt is validated

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply ignore them and block their calls.

If they are bothering you, report them:

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking),  the only thing they understand.

Debt Collector Scam Alert!!!!

Beware of a company going by the name of Keller Grimaldi and Associates located in Buffalo, NY. There is two guys and a female calling and answering the phone. The only names I was able to get is "Mr. Hamilton" and "Shawn Maxwell." These psychos are calling every person that can be attached to your name stating a different county you may have resided in left on each person's voicemail regarding a legal matter.

Last week, they did not have any contact information listed on any search engine about the so called company, except for a few complaints. Within the last 24-48 hours, they have a website up and have called from the following numbers: 844-708-4943, 844-631-2191, and 888-803-9418. Up until Monday, they did not have a voice service, which is the female voice of the woman who answered the phones last week. They claim on the website footer a "2001, Keller, Grimaldi and Associates TM." For starters, the company name is not trademarked. It was not listed on www.uspto.gov, if the claim is they have been in business since 2001 then it would be on the website, secondly the company would have shown up in the search engines, and third the address listed on the website goes to Delaware Camera & Video who stated they are located within a strip mall (I called camera shop). The camera shop has a suite number listed in the company's address. However, Keller Grimaldi and Associates has no suite number listed on the website and the address directs to camera shop. I asked them what was the name of the company, they were reluctant in giving it but then said it really fast. I asked where were they located, both "Mr. Hamilton" and "Shawn Maxwell" paused but later said Buffalo, NY. I asked both on separate calls what was their company address. Both times, "Mr. Hamilton" said immediately please hold never coming back to the phone. "Shawn Maxwell" stated "I have another call coming in, please hold. Keep in mind, that "Shawn Maxwell" is the person making all of these calls. If you block your number prior to calling them they can still identify who you are and will keep saying your name to get you to say yes so they can record you. Upon further research, they recently register the domain name as of 2/7/17 but implying they have been in business since 2001.

Call your local attorney general and file a formal complaint.

This call was threatening and rude claiming they want a credit card or my daughter will be prosecuted for a bad loan made in Travis county Austin Texas in 2010.  My daughter lived in Hurst Texas and that's in Tarrant county.  What a scam to try to get a credit card number for $700.  These people need to be stopped.  They made 3 family calls that same day.
